Ben Connelly – Broadcast Production Coordinator
Ben came to Learfield for the 2006 Football Season as a part-time board operator when a friend and former co-worker, Clay Broughton, called and told him about this awesome place he was working. Ben ran Iowa stuff for the most part, and always tried to be the guy that could be counted on to fill in anytime somebody was needed.
After the basketball season was over, he somehow convinced Keith and Tom that he would make a good Assistant Producer during the summer. That paid off because he was able to show them his stuff and he was then hired full time that July. Now he does the imaging for about half of the Learfield Schools, and is the night time producer for the football and basketball seasons.
When not holed up in his studio “being creative”, or keeping things going out on the floor here, he tries to keep up with his busy family. Ben and his wife, Cindy , have been married for 10 years, and have two sons, Robbie and Mason, and a daughter Aja.
